The RDX Grip lifting straps offer 5mm Neoprene pads that secure the lifting strap in the proper position while providing maximum cushioning during lifting. 11.5" strap is made from heavy duty nylon and Flex-Grip rubber for added strength. When using the strap, the rubber side must always face the bar. Flex Grip rubber strips grab the bar for a "no-slip" grip when lifting. Heavy duty stitching strengthens the strap and increases durability. Designed with a right and a left. (Steel buckle should be worn on the outside of the wrist.). Fully adjustable, one size fits most.
