This is awesome RDX 5.5 inches wide quality belt has been designed to offer extra back support when performing heavy lifts. This sturdy neoprene belt is fully adjustable with a Velcro closure and strong metal double lock system.

The RDX nylon lifting belt features a unique downward angle that fits the natural shape of the back and hip and rib contours for extra comfort. Not only did the contoured shape fit the natural curve of the spine, it’s also extremely comfortable, it widens at the front for abdominal support and includes a dual closure system with a heavy-duty, stainless-steel slide bar buckle. Belt is seamed with quality, unravelling string. Forming the belt Body Conform has been specially developed with aim to unify the essential purposes that must the belt meet reinforcing the bottom part of the back and of the belly with maximal comfort and free moving within all the training.

    I got this belt as most of the reviews rated it 5 star, also upon researching the product it sounded a excellent buy. I have 3 prolapsed discs in my back & have not squatted for a couple of years, after having some medical treatment recently i felt ready to try squatting again. This belt is fab! it supports very well & for the price (£16) is excellent value for money. I would say though it's not for very heavy lifting, a leather belt will be purchased for that when i have rebuilt my strength up, but for moderate to heavy lifts this belt is fantastic. Would reccomend.

    I bought this belt because my lower back was beginning to feel very sore after squats, deadlifts and shoulder raises. The 5.5" width stops me from leaning back too far and really supports my core during lifts. It encourages good posture and feels very comfortable when on. The price was the best I've found, delivery was quick and the product was well packaged.

    I bought the belt to give myself added support with heavier lifts & more technical movements during Crossfit Workouts. I tested the belt during a recent competition and it assisted with my performance giving my back that added support needed and therefore I managed to exceed my expectations during the Final workout of the competition.

    The Belt great to use as a support for gymnastic movements such as kipping pull ups & also Olympic lifts.

    The velcro fastening is quick and very comfortable to use
